The Launch of Spotting the Value: Celebrating Disabled Business Leadership at the Gherkin

We were thrilled to welcome guests to the iconic Gherkin for the launch of our latest report, Spotting the Value: Conversations with Disabled Business Leaders.

The event featured a powerful panel discussion with Alison Griffiths MP, Johnny Timpson OBE, Joseph Williams, and chair Alys Denby of City AM. Together, they explored the importance of inclusive leadership and the value of lived experience in business.

A special thank you to the business leaders who contributed their time and insights to the report: Sara Weller CBE, Victoria Jenkins, Hiroki Takeuchi, Martyn Sibley, Dr Mark Esho MBE and Paul Woods. Their voices are at the heart of this work.

At a pivotal moment for disability employment, we hope this report sparks fresh thinking and helps shape a more inclusive future.
