The Disability Policy Centre welcomes Dr Mark Carew as new Non-Executive Director
The Disability Policy Centre are delighted to appoint Dr Mark Carew as a new Non-Executive Director.
A social psychologist by training, Dr Mark Carew is an Assistant Professor at the International Centre for Evidence in Disability at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
An author of several academic articles and books, Mark’s research focuses on generating evidence to inform disability-inclusive policy and practice in the UK and globally.
Mark grew up in the UK and has been disabled since birth. He is passionate about the evidence-informed approach that the Disability Policy Centre takes to developing policy solutions that break down barriers for disabled people across the UK.
We are delighted to have Mark join The Disability Policy Team, and we are looking forward to the future ahead.
