SEND Policy Roundtables

We held roundtables throughout February 2022, for current and previous Students, Teachers, Parents and Carers.

Private and anonymous roundtables, we discussed the barriers that disabled students can face throughout their time in education, and the hurdles that parents and carers are often faced with when ensuring their child gets the best support.

We identified solutions to improve SEND Education across our country.

Our research was drawn up into our ‘State of the Nation in SEND Education: England’ report. We are pleased that our recommendations successfully influenced the Government’s ‘SEND and AP Improvement Plan’.
