New recruits at the Disability Policy Centre to bolster communications capabilities

The Disability Policy Centre is proud to announce the recruitment of Emily Wilson as Content Lead, the independent consultant Louie Freeman-Bassett managing our media as Head of Press.

Emily said “I’m excited to contribute to the Disability Policy Centre by crafting content that highlights our mission and the impactful work we do to support disabled people across the UK. Having been personally impacted by disabilities in my life, I'm passionate about our research and dedicated to ensuring we reach those who can benefit the most.”

Louie said “Disability has long been an area I’ve cared about and campaigned on. I’m very proud to be part of the Disability Policy Centre team with their focus on original policy analysis and rigorous research on disability issues. I’m really looking forward to helping us progress to the next level over the coming months.”

This comes as we are expanding our team, following the successful publication of several new reports.
