Learning more about ‘AccessibAll-ity’ in Madrid

We had the pleasure of visiting Madrid for the AccessibAll conference in partnership with Athletico Madrid.

The event was focused on how to make football more accessible for everybody and how we as campaigners, businesses and other organisations can collaborate to make that happen.

Representing The Disability Policy Centre, our Co-Founder and Director, Chloe Schendel-Wilson, spoke about our own Power of Sport report [add link] which makes recommendations on how to improve inclusivity in the UK in sport.

Chloe was also no a panel with Marian Otamendi, CEO of The World Football Summit alongside sports management expert Gulnar Mastanova who chaired.

It was a fantastic opportunity to meet other change makers across Europe, learn new techniques for influencing and creating change, as well as hopefully passing on some of our own.
