Dr. Cara Molyneux specialises in disability employment and welfare policy to drive impactful research at the Disability Policy Centre. Dr. Molyneux’s work focuses on enhancing employment opportunities and welfare support for disabled people. She is also a Senior Research Associate at Lancaster University Management School.
